Ordering

Unfortunately you cannot amend or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please ensure you check your order before placing it.

We do not currently offer a collection service. Your only way to receive an order will be via post.

Generally, our thobes are measured by length and chest sizes. Please take a look at our Size Guides for more information. If you require any assistance, please feel free to contact us.

Most of our XXL and XXXL thobes are only available in the longer lengths (from size 56 onwards). If you require a thobe in a shorter length, you can always purchase a longer length (e.g. Size 60) and get it shortened/adjusted by a tailor (usually at a small cost). Please check with a tailor before placing your order. We cannot refund a thobe once it has been altered.

If the thobe fits perfectly but it is slightly longer than your preference, then your easiest (and cheapest) option may be to get it adjusted by a tailor. This is because the next size down might end up being too short whereas getting it adjusted will be specific to your preference. If you are unable to do this, then you can purchase a thobe that is shorter in length and return the original one for a refund. Please note if you decide to get your thobe altered, it cannot be returned for a refund.

Yes. Gift Wrapping is available at an additional cost. You should be able to add gift wrapping within each product page or at checkout. If you cannot see this option, please get in touch via email.

Delivery and Shipping

Delivery timescales will vary depending on the delivery option you pick:

  • Express delivery usually arrives between 1-3 working days once dispatched.
  • Standard delivery usually arrives between 2-5 working once dispatched.
  • Special (Guaranteed) Next Day delivery will arrive before 1pm the next working day
    (once dispatched)

    Please note both Express and Standard delivery options are not guaranteed services and so can sometimes experience delays.

-We generally try to dispatch orders on the same day, however, please allow up to 2 working days for UK orders to be dispatched and up to 5 working days for International orders.
-During busier periods, there can be further delays in dispatching.
-You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched.
-Please note there are no courier collections on the weekends.

Express and Standard delivery may or may not be tracked as we use a variety of couriers for this service. If your order is tracked, you will receive a tracking number in the dispatched email.

Special (Guaranteed) Next Day delivery is a fully tracked service.

Returns/Exchanges

Yes. You have 7 days upon receiving your order, to have a return processed. Please visit the Returns/Exchanges Policy page for more details.

In the unlikely event that you received a damaged thobe, Please notify us immediately for any defect or fault. You will have 7 days upon delivery to have a refund processed. Please refer to the Returns/Exchanges Page for further information.
